CheetahKit, CheetahComponent and FEComponent

Hi guys,

I done some changes on CheetahKit, done by Winston Wolff, it has a
servlet factory to autocompile and cache cheetah templates. I made
minor bug corrections in this package.

I done a CheetahComponent that uses CheetahServletFactory to render a
template. It works like the ZPTComponent, it uses
CheetahServletFactory to compile/render the templates, by default, it
search for templates on the same directory and with the same name of
the servlet, an ExampleServlet.py will look for an ExampleServlet.tmpl
template.

I done some corrections on the FEComponent (to do form validation with
formencode), I will upload all these stuff to the svn tree ok?
