Reg Sqlrelay vs DButils

Hello guys
Any one have done a comparison of Sql  relay and DButils. Currently webpy
uses DBUtils and hence i m using it. but since I was unable to fix the too
many clients problem. I m going to try out sqlrelay. Any experiences or
pointers would be really great.
