Backend Databases for Webware

I have been searching for Python web frameworks and ran across Webware
for Python.  I have a couple of questions.

Does Webware for Python work with Oracle Rdb
(http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/rdb/index.html)?

Can I use Webware for Python to create a Python web application in the
Model-View-Controller design?
