Closing the Webware for Python discussions mailing list

Dear Webware for Python user,

since the Webware for Python project is now hosted on GitHub, and we 
want to streamline our communication channels, the "webware-discuss" 
mailing list will be closed.

If you want to report a bug or suggest a new feature, please open a 
GitHub issue for that.
