I don't know for sure because I haven't tried it with WinCE 3.0, but on the Files page it looks like one of these would work:

    Which version of PythonCE did you try? All the recent releases are built for Pocket PC 2003 (Windows CE 4.2).

      I get invalid windows CE application upon running it any ideas? (im running a jornada 540 series with windows CE Version 3.0.9348 (build 9357))
