Using FBCLIENT.DLL with PythonCE

Hi,

Where can I find a version of FBCLIENT.DLL ported to WinCE and ARM 
processors ?
I have to write an app on such devices using Python and Kinterbasdb and 
I hope this is sufficient to work,
what do you think ?
