Installation problems

Hello

I have an iPAQ 214 running WM6. 
I installed pythonce-smartphone 20071004 CAB. Clicking the Python icon under Start/Programs I get a blank screen with only a File menu and a dimmed Interrupt  softkey. Am I not supposed to get a shell prompy?
