  1. Download CAB using WLAN, WWAN, Bluetooth FTP, Bluetooth PAN, etc.
from the Web-Site, or a network share.
  2. Double-tap the cab file :)

  Works with Windows CE 4, Windows CE 5, Windows CE Embedded 4+, not
sure about Mobile Windows though.
