someone should create a program folder in user profile

Just for info, I installed 0.7.0 on my Windows Vista 64bit (with Python 2.7 64bit) and the application failed to start. Then I installed the SAE version and this one also failed to start. Then I figured the program expects something like a .log file in the wxglade directory under C:\Users\secarica\AppData\Roaming\ path (in my case), I manually created that directory and then the program started normally. Tried back with the non-SAE version and now this one also started normally. So – someone should create that directory in the first place (I guess the program, not the installer, since if I delete the user directory the program should start successfully „as new”).
