Could you share the wxGlade log file "wxglade.log", please? It's located below "C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\wxglade" (or "C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\wxglade"). Please create this directory if it's not exist and restart wxGlade after that.
