I not aware of any problems Fedora 22 specific issues of wxGlade.

I would guess, that wxGlade has started with Python3 instead of
Python2. Python3 isn't supported by wxGlade.

Maybe you could start wxGlade with Python2 explicitly: 
# python2 wxglade.py

Generally it's very helpful, if you provide more details about the
issue like described in "How to Report a Bug"
http://wxglade.sourceforge.net/manual/ch01s07.html.
