Thank you for reporting this bug and the patch. I've applied your patch
with a little modification.

The change are in the current development version as well as in the
stable branch.

If you like, you can download the patched stable version
"WXG-BRANCH-VERSION_0_7_1" from
https://bitbucket.org/agriggio/wxglade/downloads#branch-downloads,
extract and run it like described in "Single User Installation (Extract
and Run)"
