Migration from 0.6.8 to 0.7.2

Hi,

I am developping an application that use wxGlade. I was working with 
0.6.8. Now I upgraded to 0.7.2.

The problem is that the rendering of windows in the design phase is not 
good. I attached screenshots of both.

I work in Win7 64, python-2.7.8, wxPython-3.0.2.0.

Should I continue to work with 0.6.8 ?
