Can't delete events in PropertyGridManager

Hi Dietmar,

I am playing around with `PropertyGridManager` widget.  It seems to work
ok (having worked around some of it's bugs).

I added on event to capture a change in value of a property, as I was
going to override the event in my app.

I later changed my mind and was going to do the Bind explicitly in my
app (and not via wxglade).  So I went to delete the event callback
function in wxglade, but it wouldn't let me delete it.  I just
highlighted the function text and deleted it, then when exiting the box
the event function would get put back.

Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug in wxglade?
