Yes, looks like you have the extensions. I have just tried my Python 
installations on Windows 10 64 bit and everything worked as expected.

It's a bit difficult to debug this from remote.

Please try to run wxglade.py .
If registering the extension does not work, then you should see a 
message like "Could not register..." in the console window.
Maybe, you can have a look at the bottom part of msw.py  and disable the 
exception handlers to find the root cause.


As plan B, I could send you a registry file that you can edit to match 
your file locations and import it into the registry. The msw.py module 
does basically the same. The list does not allow .reg files, so I won't 
attach it here.
