Hi Dietmar, I've recently come across Beehive/toga, which is a (very) new cross-platform gui framework. The layout is based on "boxes", which seems to be very close to wx sizers. I was wondering if you'd be interested in wxglade supporting toga output? or would it be better to create a derivate project (toga-glade?) https://pybee.org/ https://pybee.org/project/projects/libraries/toga/ https://toga.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/api/index.html What is attractive with behive toga is that the gui *targets mobile* as well as desktop with Python. In summary it's designed for running native GUIs for Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android using Python. On Mac/iOS is uses a Python to OjbectiveC bridge while running an embedded python interpreter. On Android it transpiles Python byte code to Java byte code. Cheers, Brendan. _______________________________________________ wxGlade-general mailing list wxGlade-general-5NWGOfrQmneRv+LV9MX5uipxlwaOVQ5f@public.gmane.org https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wxglade-general
