Providing wxGlade executable

Hi,
Would it be possible to generate Windows executable and make it available
to download for wxGlade?

The project I'm working on needs an upgrade from 2.8 to 3.0 and I'd
like to regenerate couple of forms.

Problem is - the code is written in C++ and it is hard to get an
approval even to install Phoenix/python.
