Feature request: add ability to add new slots to a sizer from the properties window

Currently the user has to right click on a Sizer and select Insert Slot in
order to add a new slot. This is kind of a hidden feature that may be
forgotten by the user. This is why I ask that a feature be added to wxGlade
that allows the user to add slots from the properties window. This way if
the user forgets about having to right click, he or she can find the
controls need to add a new slot from the properties window.
