Menubar erased without notice

When a frame has a menubar associated with it, unchecking the "Has MenuBar" checkbox erases the menubar without any warning. If the user checks it again the old menubar is simply replaced with a blank one. I suggest a warning dialog be displayed alerting the user unchecking the "Has MenuBar" checkbox will erase the current menubar.

I also suggest that a feature be added that allows the user to have a menubar and still be able to see wxGlade's menubar when it is desired.
