wxGlade release 0.9.4

Hi!

Bug fix release 0.9.4 is online.

If there are no complaints, I will make this the standard version in the 
next days.

This is just a bug fix release. Most of the bugs that were reported here 
or on the issue tracker should be fixed, with the exception of the 
cell/span bug for XRC export and the widget dragging on a gridsizer. The 
first one is only fixed in master branch and the later needs investigation.

Generally, all people here on the list are encouraged to use the master 
branch from the repository.
This has a completely refactored internal structure which makes fixes 
and extensions much easier than it was before.
The code generation is different from the releases. It should be more 
like what a human being would write.
Also, the master branch has some improvements and some options in 
Preferences -> Accessibility that should make it easier to use wxGlade 
with screen readers.
