More issues

Hi, Dietmar,
Another issue:

If I have a wxBoxSizer and want to remove the slot - it is not possible.
At least there is no indication that the slot is removed.

I see it both doing from the actual design window or from the hierarchy tree.

No errors, no exception - the slot simply stays.

The same happens if I have spacer in a slot.
Trying to remove a spacer does not update the design view
