Release 1.0.0b2

The second beta release is online. Please test and provide feedback.

The changes:

  * 1.0.0b2: add Fit() code for frames without size property; workaround
    for macOS and wxPython Classic; fix issues #452, 455, 456, 458
  * 1.0.0b1: some improvements for macOS; fix issues #445, 449
  * 1.0.0a9: better icons; better sizer dialog; better toolbar dialog,
    e.g. allow selection of standard icons for toolbar

If you are using macOS, Python 2.7 and wxPython Classic, please check 
whether there are still problems where activities like adding or 
deleting slots happen only with a long delay.

I have tested with wxPython 4.1.1 a bit. On Windows, there are some 
icons with a black background where they should be transparent. This 
seems to be a bug in wx/Python.
