wxglade is not preserving my code after a regen

I recently started a new small project and all of my hand written code,
which consists mostly of event handlers and some data classes, is wiped out
every time I generate code using wxGlade.

Fortunately, I use SVN and have been doing frequent commits so I actually
haven't had to rewrite that much code and I have been even more religious
about this with the problems I have been having. Still, it is annoying to
have to remerge all of the deleted code everytime I make any change to the
UI.

I have never had any such problem with my previous project, which makes
this all the more puzzling.

I am using wxGlade 0.9.5 with Python 2.7.17 & wxPython 3.0.2.0.

Thoughts?
