Adding visible border lines to sizers that is responsive

Hi,
I want to have some thin visible lines around my sizers (which are
boxsizers).
StaticLine doesn't work, because I want the design to be intact when the
window is resized. But staticLine fails to do so.

Any method by which I can achieve this?
