After reading the README file I got the archive and ran it.

There are an inconsistency in presentation:

Start the program.
Add the panel.
Click on the wxBoxSizer and then click on the panel.
Notice how the buttons are set.
Now click on the wxStaticText and try to place it in a sizer.
You will be asked for a label.
In that dialog, buttons will be placed differently.

Also one other thing - this is an improvement.
When the cursor is in the spin control, pressing tab moves the focus to the
next control and not into the spin buttons itself.
