Restoring saved window properties

Hi,

wxGlade 1.1.1 on Fedora 39.

In the preferences I have enabled "Remeber position and size of wxGlade
windows." According to the information in the .wxglade/wxgladerc this
includes the sash positions.

However, when I (re)start wxGlade, sash positions are not restored and I
always need Alt+1 first.

Am I missing something?

(Not related: I always need F6 second, can the design window be opened
automatically?)
