snapshot-doc?

In the snapshot directory I found this file
"wxPython_Phoenix-docs-3.0.3.dev1678+8692139.tar.gz".

I download, build and install the snapshots with this bash-call

sudo pip3 sudo pip3 install -U --pre -f
http://wxpython.org/Phoenix/snapshot-builds/ wxPython_Phoenix

Is the doc-file handled by that, too and installed somewhere on my
local (Ubuntu) machine? I couldn't find it there. It would be real nice
to a local docu.
