I have the same problem, too. Using only the official repository versions on Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS. Package: python3-pip Version: 1.5.4-1 Package: python3-setuptools Version: 3.3-1ubuntu1 I don't know how to "update" this pip. On Ubuntu is the difference between pip and pip3. I am using Python3. This doesn't work (no file "pip" or "pip3") python -u pip install -U pip python3 -u pip install -U pip python -u pip3 install -U pip3 python3 -u pip3 install -U pip3 So I a little bit scared about confusing my system. So I will still go on and delete the wx-files manually before upgrading to the current wxPhoenix. ;) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "wxPython-dev" group.
