Interpreting the error message below give me the hint that an internet
conection is needed while running build.py. If that is correct please
add this information to the README.rst.

2.
Don't break the complete build-process just for such a simple problem.
Let the script give an readable error message "Download of XYZ doesn't
work. Please check your internet connection." and wait.
