Hi Const, it's awesome that you got this to work. Great job figuring it out! Build system issues are the worst in any project, mostly homegrown systems and never enough documentation. It would be really helpful if you could write up some documentation of what worked for you in the end, either on the Wiki or in reStructuredText format so it can be included in the docs. If you have the time, I'm sure Robin would appreciate a pull request on github. Whichever route you choose, just having that information available in any form would really help the next person trying to build Phoenix on Windows.
