[Issue] doc: redundance about stock-id docu

I am sorry for posting to the list. But Issues are deactivated on
github and this issue isn't directly related to wxWidgets itself why I
am not allowed to put it on trac.wxWidgets.org.

There are two places in the docs where stock-ids/wx.ART_IDs are listed.
Both lists are not up-to-date (relating to wx/artprov.h).

I would suggest...

1.
Bring and keep /docs/sphinx/rest_substitutions/overviews/stock_items.rst
up-to-date relating to wx/artprov.h.

2.
Remove /docs/sphinx/rest_substitutions/tables/ArtProvider.1.rst
completely to reduce redundance between the talbes/lists (see
stock_items.rst). The ArtProvider-docu should just point to the
stock-item docu about the list.

btw: I currently added a PullRequest to bring the ArtProvider-demo
up-to-date.
