how do I install wxPython Phoenix for python 3.4

ok I have tired to install using this command on windows 7 in the command 
console aka cmd.exe

from the  folder c:\Python34\Scripts> 

pip install -U --pre -f http://wxpython.org/Phoenix/snapshot-builds/ 
wxPython_Phoenix 

all I keep getting is the following 

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement wxPython-Phoenix 
(from versions: )
No matching distribution found for wxPython-Phoenix

so if someone can help I would be most greatful
