Thanks, I will ask on the wxWidgets mailing list.  FYI, I've already tested 
the patch and it works without changing any of the Phoenix source -- you 
just have to regenerate the dox, etg, and sip files.  The API change is to 
add some additional constants for creating OpenGL contexts.
