Thanks. I've just tried. This will only find one item and 
MakeMetafilePlaceable is still in the generated cpp file. So the problem 
must be something else. For tracking this down needs, I think I need to 
have a closer look at how SIP works.

I had some minor problems, e.g. with mouse events. For me 3.0 did not 
have advantages, so I moved back.
