The method above to install a snapshot using
pip --pre
is fine from the command line but I think it doesn't work from a
requirements file (flags don't appear to be supported)

For those of us packaging apps that depend on wxpython (I maintain PsychoPy
which uses wx heavily throughout) it would be a huge benefit to be able to
put either wx classic or phoenix (I don't really care which) into an
automatic pip install using requirements.txt

Any idea when phoenix will be stable enough for the wheels to be uploaded
to pypi?

thanks
Jon
