ShowFullScreen and check menu item

Hello! I have a problem (simple program you can download here - https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3aHxEQthh3laUtLc25sN1F6ck0 ). I have a window with MenuBar with single menu item - FullScreen and hot key F11. The window contains TextCtrl to print the Checked menu item property. * Press F11 (window switch to full screen mode). In TextCtrl will be added "True" string. * Press F11 (window returns to normal mode). In TextCtrl will be added "False" string. * Repeat pressing F11, but window not switch to full screen mode and in TextCtrl will be added "False" only. Menu item with mouse is OK.
