Slider with the range selected by two selectors

I am looking for a solution for this question raised 
at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30770011/how-to-use-wx-slider-with-selrange*. 
*Basically, a slider with the range selector by two selectors on the left 
and right sides. See the picture below. If such slider widget is not 
available yet, any suggestion on how to implement it?
