Since rc1 is not released yet I would rather that you include the changeset 
numbers in the version so it is recognized as a pre-release dev build, and 
it won't be confused with the real release build when it happens. If you 
are in a git workspace then you can generate that number using `python 
build.py setrev` and it will automatically be used to create the dev 
version number. If you are using a pre-release snapshot source tarball then 
the REV.txt file should already be present which contains the changeset 
info.
