Just because a toolkit doesn't happen to have a ready-built solution to 
your particular issue doesn't mean it's okay to be rude and 
disrespectful to all the people who put lots of hard work into it and 
tried to help you out.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the wxPython community, and 
in fact, I've found it to be one of the best open source communities 
I've had the honor of being a part of. When I wanted or needed something 
that was missing from wxPython, I tried to contribute it. If I didn't, 
or couldn't, I wouldn't complain about the fact that others did not 
freely do so for me.

In open source, no one owes you anything. PyQt probably has better SVG 
support because some company or person using PyQt had a particular need 
for SVG support and contributed it, and you got to benefit from that. 
Great! wx just hasn't had a person like that yet.

Also, if you don't like this software so much, and plan on doing nothing 
but complaining about it from here on in, please do go ahead and 
unsubscribe from the mailing lists, as I doubt they're going to be very 
helpful to you from here on out. The purpose of this list is to discuss 
the development of wxPython, so anything other than that is off-topic.
