Well, it's only a problem when thinking about the code.  Thanks to the 
switch to namespaces many years ago, "wx.Frame" cannot be confused with 
"Frame", because you must spell out the entire name.  That's a little 
different from the situation in, say, C++, where namespace collisions 
are common.
