Re: https://wxpython.org/Phoenix/docs/ -- 404

I'm still seeing 404's when accessing https://wxpython.org/Phoenix/docs. 
  This is annoying because almost every Google search for wxpython 
documentation turns up a link to something under wxpython.org/Phoenix.
