changes to wx.listctrl

Hi folks,

I was wondering if anyone was aware of changes for the wx.listctrl 
widget from between:

'4.0.6 msw (phoenix) wxWidgets 3.0.5'


To:

'4.1.0 msw (phoenix) wxWidgets 3.1.4'


I installed the latter version from pip and have since had issues where 
wx.listctrl.SetName does not appear to maintain the accessibility 
features of earlier wx releases?

It still works with textCtrl's, but is this because I am also including 
wx.StaticText with my sizer which I am not with the listctrl's?
