Pip and Python 3.10.4 problem

After having been unsuccessful with a WxPython installation I=20
discovered, after an Internet search, that=C2=A0 there is a problem with pi=
p=20
and Python3. Part way through the installation process I'm greeted with=20
pages of error similar to the following:

Is there a work-around or do I just need to be patient until this=20
problem is resolved?
