problem installing on Mac OS X Server

Hiya,
I'm not terribly versed in this stuff and can't figure out where to go
from here:
myserver:~/Desktop/PyXML-0.8.4 root# python setup.py install
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "setup.py", line 127, in ?
config_h_vars = parse_config_h(open(config_h))
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
'/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.3/include/
python2.3/pyconfig.h'
Any suggestions?
