Hello,

I have read that Python (community) intends to make Python the best language
for XML processing, however that was in a book published in 2004, how is its
state now?

I think the same book recommended PyXML for XML processing in Python, but as
I have seen on their website, PyXML is being unmaintained.

What other library would you recommend instead of PyXML?
Also, do I need to read a newer book which is more up to date?

Thanks,
Bogdan
