Moderating comments

To avoid comment spam I've checked the Moderate Comment and Moderate Trackback options in the Setting panel. However I'm wondering if there's any way for me to see or be notified (e.g. by mail) if there are new comments waiting to be moderated apart from browsing through the list of entries. Also I'd like the commenter to get a notice when he/she is posting the comment that it will be held for approval. I'm still at v. 0.74b, I believe (I'm not administrating the zope server). Have these features been added in later versions or if there's a way of doing this that I'm not aware of? Thanks a lot.
