Moderation warning

Hi list, In an attempt to curb comment spam I have switched on comment moderation on my blogs. However, sometimes I see that commenters submit the same comment time and again. Once a comment is submitted I would like to redirect to an page that informs the contributor that his comment is subject to moderation before it is being published. How do I do this?
