reorder blog entries

Is there functionality to reorder entries that have been added on the same day.. Example.. 10 entries added on 1 day.. 8th entry is deemed most important.. how to move to the top? Like an ordered folder essentially.. can I add 'ordered folder' capability to a COREBLog folder?? Donna M.
