Cannot install COREblog2 on

Hi

I am running Plone 3.1.7 on Zope 2.10.6-final, and cannot install Coreblog2.

I've downloaded and extracted the newest release under
/opt/Plone-3.1/testsite/products, but I can not find it in the maintenance,
even after restarting Plone.
