I think there is consensus -- or, at least, the people who responded
quickly agreed with me.  We'll disable the zodb4-dev list and keep the
ZODB4 discussion on zodb-dev.  Note that the archives of zodb4-dev are
still interesting: http://lists.zope.org/pipermail/zodb4-dev/

I'm sorry that many people missed out on these messages.  I'm not sure
how best to catch up, except reading through the archives.
